Blood spills are not just limited to buildings, the average American spends over an hour in their car daily just to get to work and back – and that’s not including personal time spent traveling.
We’ve all seen accidents on the side of the road and we are all fully aware that a crash can happen to us, but it doesn’t change how startled we are if we experience such an event.
Other road accidents that especially peak during the early Spring seasons include a spur of deer activity. With the influx of deer activity comes the potential for new situations.
We can also help you if there was a body left unattended in the vehicle. Even if it’s an extended family member that you believe was completely healthy, it’s very important to assume the worst-case scenario.
All it takes is for an unknowing exposure to a deadly disease and your life is changed forever. We’re here so you don’t have to take that risk.
Certified Vehicle Blood Cleanup Specialists
Although we’ve been called miracle workers by our clients in the past, we’ll humbly accept “certified biohazard vehicle cleanup specialists”.
Being a blood cleanup specialist means we’ve completed extensive training courses and have had real-life experiences when dealing with cleaning blood out of a vehicle. Trauma in a vehicle can be hard to clean up because the space is often small and complex.
Our cleanup protocol covers every surface in the interior and even the exterior of the vehicle. Anytime blood has been shed proper decontamination and sanitation need to be completed because the risks that can follow blood exposure can be life-altering.
Blood Cleanup Service for Automobiles, Airplanes, Buses, Trains and More
Think about the intricacy of a vehicle, the doors have panels that pull off, the windows roll up and down, each and every knob moves and even getting under the seats can be challenging.
We urge you not to clean up the mess by yourself or to bring your vehicle to an ordinary auto detailing shop.
Not only could this lead to personal health risks but could also endanger the crew detailing your vehicle and anyone who comes in contact with it after the blood has been visually cleaned.
Bloodborne pathogens are invisible to the naked eye but can cause extensive harm to anyone they come into contact with. Be safe, rather than sorry, and get a professional to clean up any vehicle that has been exposed to blood or bodily fluids.
If your automobile has been involved in an accident or shooting, a professional company like us must remediate it so it can be deemed safe, insurable, and registerable.
Let's face it--vehicles are machines, with several complex components, systems, and layers that work together. We don't like to think of it but when a biohazard event takes place in the form of a shooting or car accident, biomatter spreadseverywhere.
The body shop doesn't take care of these situations, and trust us this isn't the type of cleanup that you can call an average maid or even company to do. You don't want to expose yourself to mental trauma by attempting to do it yourself either.
Our crew is trained to know where to look and what to look for when it comes to finding the bio you'd least expect, as well as remediating the bio you'd least expect.
No situation is too large or too small. We take care of all vehicles sizes, from freightliner trucks to compact cars.
An accident that involves blood or other biohazard fluids and material sounds like a living nightmare. But with so many people traveling, there's no doubt that incidents are bound to happen. And when they do, it's important to think of a cleanup as an investment for your plane and future passengers.
You don't want to have a maid, a regular cleaning company, or one of your own staff to take care of it. Not only is it against the law, but it's also highly unethical. There's also the possibility that, if the cleanup is conducted improperly, the issue may continue and draw a negative reputation to your brand.
Let us help you. We're exposed to these types of situations every day and work very discretely. We do not speak to the press and have 24/7 teams available to help you.
Busses are another vehicle we have extensive experience cleaning. The process is very similar to a personal automobile, except the crew and resources needed are larger.
That's even more of a reason why you should be calling a professional crew in lieu of hiring justany cleanup or maid service.
In our 20+ years of business, we've seen it all. No situation is out of our scope. We guarantee your business will be treated discretely, professionally, and most importantly, very quickly.
Although trains have taken the hardest hit in recent years as a result of the pandemic, the number of daily riders is still well in the millions. It's not surprising for us to be contacted in the event of an accident on a train, Amtrak line, or subway car.
Rest assured that we are fully prepared, certified, and experienced in working with these types of conditions. We're also discrete and quick--two aspects that have helped us emerge as a leader in our industry.
Our experience isn't only limited to trains, either. We are fully licensed and qualified to clean other machinery--from industrial workplace equipment to helicopters, ATVs, motorcycles, and other small crafts like boats!

The Biohazard Car Cleanup Process
We understand that the last thing that you want is confusion or lack of transparency over how your property is being handled during this time of distress. You want to work with a company that shares and breaks down their process, both online and over the phone. You can rest assured that we’re prepared for the worst, no matter how bad you think the situation is.
That’s why we’ve been in business for over 20 years, and the reason why we stand behind what we do. We’re here to help you during one of the most difficult periods in your life and that’s why you can take trust in our process.
Following an incident, in most cases the police hold the car at the impound facility. We'll help you with the vehicle after the police release it. The car cannot go to the body shop until it's been deemed safe by a company like us.
Before it goes to the body shop, we must first remediate it. The remediation process starts by verifying the customer's vehicle when we arrive on the scene.
First things first: we want to make sure the car belongs to you! Once we arrive at the site, we will verify we have the correct vehicle with you directly, via photo text messages, video call, or by phone. Once confirmed, we will begin assessing the car.
Once we have access and keys to the car, we must first assess the exterior condition of the car. We take note of any areas where biohazards may be present. These are usually around the areas where the incident occurred, but can also be hidden far away from the car, depending on the trajectory.
One of the ways we ensure that the cleanup is taken care of quickly and responsibly is by making sure that we arrive with the right safety gear needed from the start of the situation.
Here, we use the term safety gear to refer to the appropriate level of PPE, cleaning supplies, and tools needed. This is the step we take to ensure all utilities and supplies are available for the entire scope of the job.
We assess the car a second time, this time carefully taking notes of the damage, starting with the exterior. We document the damages following a comprehensive checklist combining EPA, CDC, and OSHA guidelines and our years in the industry. Photos of the damages are also taken and submitted to your insurance to help you receive the complete cash value for your loss.
If necessary, we spray the entire exterior surface of the car down with antimicrobial, antifungal, and antisporicidal sprays. The exterior is thoroughly power washed with the spray then let set for 10 minutes.
Once the exterior is treated, we open the car to start work on the interior. We use ATP testing to test for all traces of contaminants before, during, and after the cleanup.
The exact details of the cleanup varies depending on the situation. Suicides, for example, are the most frequently encountered loss, and that means the entire interior must be restored--from the seat coverings to the carpet.
The other most frequently encountered incident is when a baby is delivered en route to the hospital. Births leave traces of blood, plasma, and body fluids all around the car, all of which are considered biohazardous. A professional must assess the scope of the cleanup required and the car must be certified to continue to be considered insurable and registerable.
Rest assured, suicide, car birth, or whatever the situation may be... we work diligently to ensure that all surfaces are properly treated and that your vehicle passes certification.
We use industrial, high-powered filtered air scrubbers to ensure that the entire duct, ventilation system, and all of the air in the vehicle is appropriately cleaned. This ensures that the safety and public health of your vehicle is protected.
After the car is certified safe by us, it is sent (or towed, if undrivable) to the body shop for collision work. If there is no collision work needed, it is returned to the owner of the vehicle.
We work with the insurance company in all phases of the process to ensure that the complete cash value is paid on your claim. We go above and beyond, working with all major insurance carriers as well as hundreds of other local companies. As long as the insurance is valid and active, we can help you.

Frequently Asked Questions
You never know when you need our services until the minute it happens. The shock that accompanies these types of situations is perfectly normal. We’re here to help you, even if you have questions that aren’t listed below.
When it comes to cars the definition of a biohazard can be explained in an itemized scope, from natural disasters to tragic circumstances. Below are just a few examples of hazards that must be remediated from a car:
- Blood, Body Fluids, Human tissue
- Chemical Contamination (e.g. Drug residue)
- Fire damage
- Mold damage
- Fingerprint powder
It is extremely important to understand that you should not clean these situations yourself. Any presence of blood, bodily fluids, human tissue, DNA, fingerprint powder, drug residue, etc must be disposed of safely. All of these are considered dangerous to public and human health, which means must be disposed of in an extremely careful and special manner as outlined by OSHA and the EPA. Not even autobody shops are licensed to handle these types of incidents.
Furthermore, exposure to these situations can be potentially traumatic to those who aren't trained to handle them. We strongly recommend you contact us if you need these cleanups for any reason.
Yes! If anything has been damaged, either before, during, or after the cleanup, you're covered. Not only does insurance cover most of these claims, but we're also licensed, bonded, and insured. That means we're also able to cover you should anything happen to your belongings during the cleanup process.
